The office also deals with the adjustment of corporate documentation, including articles of association and company agreements to changes occurring in the company.

In the area of corporate disputes, the Law Firm represents companies, members of their bodies, partners or shareholders in court proceedings conducted in connection with emerging disputes between company bodies. Legal services for companies also include representing members of company bodies in court proceedings conducted in connection with their liability for damages related to performing their functions, including towards creditors.
