Consumer bankruptcy is a legal process that allows individuals who have fallen into debt to regulate their finances by writing off all or part of their liabilities and repaying the remaining debts in convenient installments. The purpose of consumer bankruptcy is to enable debtors to repay their debts in a manner adapted to their financial capabilities.
The office has the experience and substantive preparation to provide proper advice before filing an application, and then prepare an application for declaring consumer bankruptcy.
