HP Kancelaria is the jointly operating office of Legal Counsel Sylwia Hamryszak and Legal Counsel Aleksandra Pakuła.
We have been working together since 2019. Many years of cooperation have made us a harmonious team, and our professional experience complements each other.
We have experience in providing legal services to companies of all sizes – from sole proprietorships to large commercial law companies from various industries, including transport, construction, and pharmaceuticals. This translates into understanding the business realities in which our Clients operate. A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, majoring in law and administration. She is a legal adviser entered on the list of legal advisers kept by the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław.
Experience
She has many years of experience in providing legal services, which she gained in Wrocław's law firms. In her daily work, she deals with various aspects of activities regulated by the provisions of insolvency law through ongoing legal services for entities in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, supporting restructuring advisors in this area as well. By conducting an in-depth analysis of the legal and economic situation of the company, she advises insolvent entities or those threatened with insolvency in choosing the right type of proceedings to ensure the fastest and most effective restructuring.
Specializations
She specializes in civil, bankruptcy, restructuring, commercial and administrative law, and represents Clients in court proceedings, particularly in these areas of law. In the Law Firm, she is also responsible for advising entities involved in real estate trading. Her interests include issues related to consumer bankruptcy and broadly understood succession of property, including the institution of a family foundation.
In his daily work, he focuses on solving the Client's legal problems with the Client's best interests in mind while applying unconventional solutions. He strives to present the case in such a way that the Client is made aware of the potential risks from the outset. In order to build trust in the relationship with the Client, he focuses on commitment and availability.

He has extensive experience in comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs and economic and business consulting, with particular emphasis on providing legal assistance in the field of restructuring and liquidation of enterprises.
She successfully represents clients in court disputes. She specializes mainly in issues related to restructuring law, as well as civil and commercial law. She takes an active part in numerous restructuring, bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings. She advises creditors, debtors, and restructuring advisors. She gained experience in legal departments and law firms specializing in serving entrepreneurs. I also deal with issues related to OSINT, or open intelligence.
Her passion is social media, she runs her Instagram profile, where she educates on legal issues. I am also the Spokesperson of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław and the Chairwoman of the Commission for the promotion of the profession, communication and media at this Chamber. In 2024, she was nominated for the Wrocławianka Roku 2024 award granted by the Wrocław Women's Council in the category of small business activity (small entrepreneurship).
Education
She is a graduate of Law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław, as well as postgraduate studies in the Mediator Profession at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Wrocław. She completed her legal counsel training at the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Wrocław.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. Since 2024, a trainee legal adviser at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław. She has experience working in a bailiff's office. In the office, she deals mainly with the current service of entities in restructuring and bankruptcy and civil cases. Her interests also include criminal law and criminology.
