As part of our cooperation, we offer various models of remuneration, depending on your needs, the complexity of the case and the nature and specificity of the activities required to be carried out. Below we present possible models of settlement, maintaining full flexibility in this regard.

FLAT-RATE SYSTEM
The adoption of this remuneration model guarantees the readiness to provide services in a specified time period for a fixed monthly amount of remuneration corresponding to a specified number of hours. After using the agreed time, it is possible to supplement the flat-rate system with additional hours within the hourly system. It works well in the case of both ad hoc and permanent legal services for the Client.

QUOTA SYSTEM
Used when a specific legal service is needed, e.g. preparation of a contract, preparation of a procedural document or representation in court. The established rate covers the comprehensive execution of a given order regardless of the time spent on its execution. It works well in the case of ad hoc legal assistance.

HOURLY SYSTEM
It works well both in the case of permanent legal services and for a single service. The amount of remuneration depends on the number of hours devoted to the execution of the order. The hourly rate is always agreed individually with the Client. Before accepting the case, we inform the Client about the estimated amount of time necessary to perform the service, which allows him to estimate the total remuneration.

SUCCESS BONUS
It plays a complementary role to the basic salary and is determined when a specific result is achieved.

Legal consultation (1h) – from PLN 250
The consultation includes the analysis of the submitted documents and the provision of legal advice. The cost of a single consultation starts from PLN 250/1 hour, its exact price depends on the complexity of the case, the number of documents to be analyzed. We always inform about the exact price before accepting the order.
